TREND databases have been updated to the latest versions:

• Pfam models v37.1
• CDD models v3.21:
  • 62456 models in the default search set and indexed in Entrez
  • 19638 models from Pfam v35
  • 5137 models from COG v2
  • 1009 models from SMART v6.0
  • 12282 models from the Protein Clusters/NCBIFAM database
  • 4488 models from the TIGRFAM v14.0 database
  • 2142 models from the NCBIFAM database
  • 19902 models curated by NCBI/CDD
  • 4705 multi-model superfamilies indexed in Entrez
• MiST v4.0:
  • Gene neighborhoods for 202,000+ genomes and 10,000+ MAGs are available

TREND can now display gene neighborhoods of both genomes and metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) available in the MiST database.
